Sandy Petrykowski has always asked "why?" and often, "why not?" Naturally she became an award-winning journalist so she could do this every day.
Now, as the head of Moudira Creative, Petrykowski works with the most talented teams in the business to produce compelling content across digital and broadcast platforms.
Moudira Creative recently produced a documentary for Maryland Public Television which marked the one-year anniversary of the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore.
As Senior Producer of PBS Washington Week she oversaw one of the nation’s longest-running weekly news analysis shows.
Her work also includes producing high profile interviews all over the world - from Washington to the Middle East, and even Hollywood. Newsmaker interviews include: Director Jordan Peele, Colonel Muammar Gaddafi and civil rights icon Rosa Parks.
Sandy has done countless science and natural history stories - from Cleopatra’s lost palace off the coast of Egypt, to diving with sharks or getting up close and personal with a wolf pack, she’s as comfortable out in the field as running a show in a control room.
